Not Your Mother's Weeknight Cooking - Beth Hensperger So excited to try some recipes out of this book (might upgrade my rating if they all turn out properly)! It's by no means gourmet, but there's a time and a place for fussiness and when I need to figure out what's for dinner, I'm just going for wholesome and delicious. She does use certain convenience products but mostly none I wouldn't use myself (like boxed broth and jarred pasta sauce). Now if only I could meal plan better...
